Availability

Below is Karren's current availability for the next few months.  Please note that new matters will not be scheduled with less than two weeks' notice.  This time allows for pre-mediation conference calls and review of mediation statements/briefs.

Baker Mediations, LLC is located in Nashville, TN, however, Karren is available for mediation or arbitration at any location.  If shceduling a mediation outside of the Nashville area, please allow a travel day before and after the mediation. Karren also conducts mediations and arbitrations virtually.  She is well-versed in Zoom and Teams, and other proprietary video conferencing services.  

 If the parties request an in-person mediation, all parties must agree to protocols to protect the health and safety of all participants. Karren is comfortable using counsel’s office or neutral locations. Baker Mediations can provide conference rooms in Nashville or arrange for conference space in other cities, if needed.
